We are now looking for a student who wants to work alongside their studies and become part of our customer center team! You will join a dedicated team with strong community and cohesion that works to ensure that Svensk Fastighetsförmedling has the most satisfied customers in the market.

ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will work extra, at least 40 hours a month. There are flexible working hours during the day on weekdays, allowing you to combine it well with your studies. We sit together at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's headquarters in central Stockholm.

The customer center team aims to increase the number of transactions. The team supports our franchisees by creating more customer meetings, improving customer care, and proactively marketing the market. This way, we ensure that more customers choose Svensk Fastighetsförmedling!

About the role As a Customer Advisor, you will, among other things:

  • Make proactive and outreach contact with potential customers via phone.

  • Market and position Svensk Fastighetsförmedling as the obvious choice for property sellers.

  • Contact interested parties to confirm participation and schedule meetings with our brokers.

You report to our Customer Center Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is studying and has at least one year left of their studies. You have previous experience in sales, preferably appointment booking or telemarketing. You are communicative, positive, and enjoy working towards goals. To succeed in this role, it is also important that you are curious, responsible, and motivated by delivering results.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in sales, preferably appointment booking.

  • You have experience using the phone as your main working tool.

  • You have at least one year left of your studies.

  • You can work at least 40 hours a month.
